Call for Contributions: IACRS Repository

The Incorporated Association for Cultural Resource Studies (IACRS Japan; hereafter “the Association”) has launched a new online repository on its website to make publicly available conference papers, abstracts, and published articles that have been presented at or published through conferences, workshops, and international meetings organized or co-organized by the Association.

The purpose of this repository is to enhance the visibility and accessibility of research outputs and to open accumulated achievements in cultural resource studies to a wider public.

We invite members and contributors who wish to make their past conference papers or abstracts publicly available to participate in this initiative.

＜Eligible Materials (examples)＞
・Full papers or abstracts presented at conferences, workshops, or international meetings organized or co-organized by the Association
・Articles and papers published in journals or other publications issued by the Association

Please note that, with due consideration for copyright, prior publication, and duplicate submission, decisions regarding whether and how materials may be made public are left entirely to the discretion of the authors.

＜Submission Procedure＞
Those who wish to have their materials included in the repository are requested to submit their manuscript (or abstract) as a PDF file via email attachment (bsk2024@mbr.nifty.com). Please be sure to include the following information:
Title of the content
　Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s)
Venue or publication in which the work was presented or published (e.g., conference name, journal title)
　Contact information (email address and phone number)
　*Any information that should not be made public should not be included in the content to be published.
　*Decisions regarding acceptance, publication start date, continuation, or removal of materials, as well as other matters related to the operation of the repository, will be made at the discretion of the Association.

一般社団法人文化資源協会（IACRS Japan、以下、本法人）では、これまで本会が主催・共催してきた研究会・大会・国際会議等における発表論文・発表要旨、ならびに刊行物掲載記事を公開するレポジトリを、ウェブサイト上に開設いたしました。
本レポジトリは、発表成果の可視化と共有、ならびに文化資源研究の蓄積を社会に開いていくことを目的としています。
ご自身の過去の発表論文・要旨の公開を希望される方を募集いたします。

公開対象（例）
・本法人主催・共催の研究会・大会・国際会議等での発表論文（全文）・発表要旨
・本法人の刊行物に掲載された論文、記事等
＊著作権・二重投稿等に配慮し、公開の可否および公開形式は発表者ご本人の判断に委ねます。

公開を希望される方は、レポジトリ掲載を希望されるコンテンツのPDFをメール添付でお送りください(bsk2024@mbr.nifty.com)。その際、コンテンツのタイトル、発表者名・所属、発表媒体（会議名、刊行物名等）、連絡先（email、電話番号）を必ずお知らせください（公開不可の情報は掲載コンテンツには記載しないでください）。
＊掲載の可否、掲載開始時期、掲載の継続・中止等、レポジトリの運用に関する事項は、本法人の判断に基づき行います。ご了承ください。
